As you taste the delicious patriotic themed bites, prepare to completely immerse yourself in the theme of the evening. The delectability of the food creates a sense of celebration and joy that perfectly captures the spirit of 4th of July.

The Menu –

  • Vegetarian Minis: Fresh baked mini buns topped with sliced heirloom tomato, smoked mozzarella, organic arugula, and pesto aioli
  • Buttermilk Fried Chicken Skewers: Buttermilk chicken, sugar snap peas, and sweet onion served with a raspberry jalapeño BBQ sauce, fresh raspberries, and jalapeño slices.
  • Passes Burnt Ends with Pickled Watermelon: Crispy and succulent pork belly burnt ends with house-made pickled watermelon rind. Garnished with scallions and sesame seeds
  • Micro Slider: Mini Angus beef patty, caramelized onion white cheddar, bacon & roasted tomato spread, and caramelized bacon & radish garnish on a homemade micro slider bun
  • Snickers Mousse Shooters: 3 oz. shooter with peanut butter caramel, chocolate mousse, and honey roasted peanuts
