“The new Circa Sports sportsbook will begin taking bets upon regulatory approval in the coming weeks. It’s the second satellite location for Derek Stevens’ sportsbetting company. ‘I met Derek Stevens, and in five minutes, I decided I wanted to do business with him,’ DeSimone said of the Circa CEO. ‘It was that simple.’“
